BugSketch
Turn a website problem into a report someone can act on.
Describe what went wrong, add an annotated screenshot if it helps, then review and send the report to me, or copy and download it locally. You can also record a walkthrough with timed notes.

From problem to report
- Describe it. Explain what happened and what you expected. A text-only report is enough.
- Show the relevant part. Capture the page or import a PNG, then add marks, callouts or redactions. For a multi-step problem, use the separate walkthrough recorder.
- Review and share. Send the reviewed note and optional screenshot to my private report storage, or copy and download them locally. Walkthrough recordings remain separate downloads.
Review images before export. Walkthrough video records the selected surface without automatic redaction.

Add it to a website
BugSketch is a reusable JavaScript widget, distributed with its source under the MIT license. Add one script or serve the bundle yourself. A host callback connects reviewed notes and screenshots to an intake. This demo uses private AWS storage; sending is explicit and does not email me.

Capture and recording notes
Page capture reconstructs loaded content. Import a PNG when a page uses content it cannot capture, such as video or canvas. The widget explains size limits when needed; the integration guide has the full specifications.
Image capture masks form fields and private-marked regions, and includes manual redaction. Review the result and your notes before export. Recording uses a separate tab, with local replay and timed notes; keep that tab open until you save. Its microphone recording is off by default.
Optional dictation depends on browser support. On-device mode requires an installed language pack; a browser speech service is a separate choice that may send audio off-device. Typing always works.
